In this video I am trading at #Nadex doing #NadexKnockOuts contracts formerly brackets in a live trade. Just like in the previous videos we are only scalping a small move. This is another trade following longer term fundamentals selling strength on the GOLD vs USD because gold is a hedge against the dollar. Right now In my opinion the Fed Central bank is working hard to strengthen the dollar and part of that is making sure that the hedges against the dollar like Gold and the Euro don't get to far out of hand. There Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 was only about a $35 max Risk per contract here but we only were down $7 or so during the trade for $21 gain not including fees and it took only about 5 minutes and some seconds. Right now the central banks are fighting very hard to support their country's currency. This can result in wild and volatile swings intraday and daily. It was late Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 in the day and I was thinking our high of the day was set and most serious action was over for that day. This is why I marked off and area a bit below the high.

OK you may be saying " Alfred why does that matter if you are not going to stay & risk it all anyway? " The reason is if you have the mindset of risking less with multi contracts then you will inherently get in sells higher ( closer to the Ceilings ) and buys lower ( closer to the floors ) That is a good side effect that will keep your trades more healthy long term.

NOTE 2: Set smaller profit targets: Look close at the video and the one before it and notice this was just 1 candle move and I Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 am gone. Zero risk because my money is free for me to trade with again after this and I made my profit Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 faster with a smaller move. This is my mentality for scalping. A: the chart I was looking at was a five minute chart & volatility Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 is up tremendously on gold that is why the trade went so fast this time. Remember when volatility is up like this Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 you have to set a tight stop loss in your mind and I had no intent of even exposing more than 10 - 14 pips because just as fast as a trade can move in your favor it can move out so it is Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 best to manage risk very tightly ( there will always be a market to trade another day ) with key levels and watch price action react to those predefined levels. Then I just sold into strength based on those levels.

B: From a technical stand Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 point we were trading near the high of the day and the day was almost over

C: I was waiting a while on this trade until it touched AND rejected The levels I setup. You have to learn to be patient and get paid Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 for waiting not working to hard jumping in early.

D: Price action showed a place where we hit resistance and failed Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 just above my entry as well and I had High of the day just above that. In challenging conditions like as of Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 late you need to find strong setups like this to trade around.

E: I used the levels on our custom indicator Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 we call the crosswalk to help me time my entry near a point of exhaustion on the upside just like you can Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 see me doing in a lot of these videos. Be as patient as you can even when we got up in the Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 level I still waited for that last pip on Nadex before my entry. Don't worry about missing an entry when volatility is high like this because there will always be another time to enter just as good or better than that one in the future.

F: Give the trade time to be right but not as much room to be wrong in pips because Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 with so much volatility a trade can go south on you real fast and after all my only intent for this trade Nadex为美国居民和国际贸易商提供单独的个人账户 was to scalp. It is very important to have a planned entry and exit in your mind at the time and stick to it with discipline.
